Today we’re shipping VoiceOver Maker 4.0, our most intuitive release yet. If you produce voiceovers on iPad, you now have access to real-time preview, a waveform editor built for touch, and collaborative reviews. Here’s everything that’s new.
Real-time preview
Start a render and listen instantly as the clip processes. The live waveform animates while you add emphasis markers or adjust pauses. On iPad Pro you can loop sections, adjust pitch, and hear changes without waiting for a full export.
Waveform editor for touch
We redesigned the editing workflow with multi-touch gestures. Pinch-in zoom, two-finger scrubbing, and haptic feedback make it easy to split, trim, or fade clips precisely.

Collaborative comments
Invite reviewers to leave timestamped comments. Reply, resolve, or convert them into tasks during approvals. Comments sync across iOS, iPadOS, and the web dashboard.

How to access the update
Update VoiceOver Maker from the App Store or enable automatic updates. Pro Studio and Enterprise customers receive the new collaboration tools immediately. Creators on the free plan can trial Pro Studio for 7 days to test waveforms and comment threads.
