VoiceOver Maker grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps and services for lawful purposes. We retain ownership of software and content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services, infringe intellectual property rights, or generate content that violates applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that breach this policy.

6. Subscription & billing

Web subscriptions purchased on voiceovermaker.com will be sold by our Merchant of Record partner, acting as the Merchant of Record. They will securely process your payment details, calculate and remit applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax, and email transaction receipts on our behalf.

Mobile subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Manage renewals or cancellations for mobile plans through your Apple account settings. Enterprise contracts follow the invoicing schedules outlined in your signed agreement.

You authorize our Merchant of Record partner or Apple, as applicable, to charge the payment method provided for recurring fees until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on eligibility and how to request assistance. Our legal name and GST registration details will appear on every receipt or invoice issued by the Merchant of Record partner or Ondevtra Technologies.

7. Digital delivery & voice content

All VoiceOver Maker products are delivered electronically. Character balances, downloads, and feature unlocks become available immediately after payment confirmation in the app or web studio. No physical goods are shipped.

You retain rights to scripts and generated audio. Ensure you have consent for any third-party voices. Enterprise customers may access private voice cloning under separate agreements, and all usage must comply with applicable law.

8. Intellectual property & ownership

Ondevtra Technologies retains all rights, title, and interest in the VoiceOver Maker applications, documentation, branding, and underlying machine learning models. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or create derivative works based on these materials except where expressly permitted by law. User-generated scripts and rendered audio remain yours; by submitting them you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit the files solely to deliver contracted features.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any content uploaded or synthesized through VoiceOver Maker. You agree to indemnify Ondevtra Technologies against claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property within your projects.

9. API usage & documentation

VoiceOver Maker exposes a Text-Based Video Editor API for authenticated integrations. All endpoints require Supabase-issued JWTs and follow the resource model described in the specification (Projects, Blocks, Voiceovers, Assets, Renders, Chat, Billing, Voice, Translation). API consumers must implement HTTPS, respect published rate limits, and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may revoke keys that compromise service stability, breach security controls, or violate these Terms. Enterprise API agreements may include additional SLAs and audit obligations.

10. Infrastructure & data handling

Our architecture routes traffic through an API Gateway to Supabase-backed services (Blocks, Timeline, Chat) and dedicated workers for rendering, text-to-speech, and media processing. Supabase Postgres stores project metadata, block history, and chat transcripts, while Supabase Storage buckets (media/, voiceovers/, renders/) retain uploaded and generated assets. Workers cache intermediate files in the same storage, and successful renders are linked back to the database for auditing.

Access to production systems is limited to Ondevtra Technologies personnel under role-based controls. Data flows between services use TLS, service-role keys, and signed URLs. Logs and deployment pipelines run on Vercel, with environment secrets managed in Vercel and Supabase Vault. Backups follow Supabase retention schedules so that Paddle or other compliance partners can review transactional history if required.

11. Service availability & support

VoiceOver Maker strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated through in-app banners or email alerts. Support is provided via hello@voiceovermaker.com during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm IST); enterprise plans may include dedicated channels, response-time commitments, and status updates during incidents.

We may throttle or suspend access to protect platform stability, comply with legal obligations, or investigate abuse. Credits or service-level remedies, if applicable, will be outlined in your specific order form or enterprise agreement.

12. Termination

You may terminate anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or security issues. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed, Ondevtra Technologies is not liable for lost profits, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages. Aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid to us by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Alternative dispute resolution processes may be offered for enterprise agreements where mutually agreed in writing.
